Strolling through the uppermost floor of a very nice villa in Grasse,
you found in september 1998:
- three
bathtubs filled with colored water
- three
words made of bread dough
- hundreds
of birds singing love in an obturated room
- 64
times 'je veux' in different polices
- a
wall covered with 'je voudrais' wallpaper
- 18
new windowpanes with the word 'action' engraved on it
- two
posters 'oui' et 'non'
- just
before leaving you noticed 'svpsouriezauxvoisinslematin'
painted on the wall
the installation was part of
a group show organized by Dominique Thevenin and Jean-Louis Kolbe

Elle
sait ce qu'elle veut, il n'ya pas
de 'jeveux' qui tienne, avec la
meilleure volonté du monde, car tel
est mon plaisir, je n'aspire qu'à......,
je voudrais bien, j'aimerais, avoir
envie, si seulement j'avais de la
volonté, faire un voeu, nourrir un
désir, l'exprimer, souhaiter,
espérons-le.............
